WEIGH IN Wednesday
Submit your weight on the weight form located under TRACKING and Wednesday Weigh in. This form will go
directly to your captain/director and is date and time stamped.
THANKFUL Thursday
Time to share your positives from the week, your journey.
FUNNY Friday
Post your favorite joke, a funny story, a picture - anything that makes
you smile and share it with your team.
FBI have a few things going to increase physical fitness, daily exercise and improve
our overall health
You may use any form of exercise videos, TNT, or whatever mode you usually use, but remember it might not be working and you may need to try something different.
Keeping up your cardio and strength training will sculpt your muscles as you lose weight.
