How to Earn Points:
On the chat thread:
1 point: Post on the chat thread interacting with your teammates at least 3 different days a week (which is also mandatory BLC-wide unless prior excuse is given)
2 points Post on 4 different days
3 points Post on 5 different days
4 points Post on 6 different days
7 points Post all seven days (5 pts + 2 points bonus )!
(Indicate the number of different DAYS (0-7) you have posted during the week in the appropriate column on the tracking spreadsheet)
5 points Answer the Question of the Week in the chat thread by Tuesday. (Indicate with a Y on the tracking spreadsheet)
5 points Post a Question of the Week during the open to team QOTW week by Friday of that week (every 4th week) (Indicate with a YY on the tracking spreadsheet if you've done both)
On the tracking spreadsheet:
Will be given the points as indicated for the work completed as indicated on the tracking sheet.
WLC:
5 points : posting your WLC points by Tuesday midnight in the column on spreadsheet (REQUIRED)
3 points: achieving a "blackout" or Full/maximum points for that week's WLC
TNT:
3 points for each day (max for points is 3 separate days) you complete Strength Training (1 day =3, 2 days =6, 3 days = 9 plus 1 bonus pt= 10 points max)
TO GET YOUR POINTS: For each strength training day, complete at least two sets of five different exercises.
(if you are in Physical Therapy, the exercise portion of PT counts toward TNT)

Food tracking:
1 point: Track your food 3 different days a week
2 points Track your food on 4 different days
3 points Track your food on 5 different days
4 points Track your food on 6 different days
7 points Track your food all seven days gets a new 2 point bonus!

Intentional Fitness Minutes:
2 points: Setting your weekly goal in advance by Thursday of the week
3 points: Meeting or exceeding the goal you set
2 points: Coming close to your goal
1 point: Entering minutes on the tracking spreadsheet at least 2 days even if you did not come close to your goal.

5 points: First place
4 points: Second place
3 points: Third place
2 points: Fourth place (new)
1 point: Fifth place (new)
Step Challenge:

3 points: Second Place for the most weight lost and Second Place for highest percentage of weight lost (could be 2 winners)
1 point: Third Place for the most weight lost and Third Place for highest percentage of weight lost (Could be 2 winners)
(NOTE: weight loss must be less than 2 weeks prior. If you lost but weigh more than 2 weeks ago,you will get Maintain points)
(max for the week is the higher points obtained EITHER pounds or percentage for first, second, or third place. (ex. you will earn 5 points total if you were first in pounds lost and second in %age lost, NOT 8 points- but you will be recongnized for both in the celebration page)
(NEW) STEADY STREAKERS:
3 points: Each week you stay on steady streakers
2 points: If you fell off streak but each week of a re-established streak
1 point: If you fell off once more but each week of a re-established streak
BONUS POINTS:
5 points: When you post your name with your new level after Promotions have been posted, at the bottom of your chat post. Also add "LEVEL UPDATED" in your post and fill in the appropriate column on the weekly spreadsheet.
5 points: If team has 100 percent participation on WLC
5 points: If team wins WLC points per member for the week and you participated (which is mandatory on team FBI)
3 points: (New) Each participating agent earns this if every agent (unless excused) has posted at least one day of TNT on the spreadsheet for the week.
25 points: To everyone when we get our name up in lights!
10 points: If the team is listed first in overall standings
Individual Bonus Points
5 points for placing first overall BLC wide
4 points for placing second overall BLC wide
3 points for placing third overall BLC wide
Break and/or Pre-Week Weight Loss/Maintenance
5 points: for losing weight from last round's final weigh in until first official weigh in of new round
3 points: for maintaning weight from last round's final weigh in until first official weigh in of new round
3 points: for losing weight durning the pre-week (you must post or submit your weight by Thursday of pre-week to be eligible)
1 point: for maintaning weight during the pre-week (you must post or submit your weight by Thursday of pre-week to be eligible)
ALERT: RELATED TO THE THREE PRIME RESPONSIBILITIES
If you do not weigh in on time, or you do not weigh in at all (unless prior excusal is given), you will LOSE 5 points.
If you do not post the minimum required three days a week (unless prior excusal is given), you will get 0 points.
If you do not post your WLC score on time (unless prior excusal is given), you will get 0 points.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO DO THE WORK AND POST IN FOUR PLACES:
1. Post on at least three different DAYS each week on the CHAT THREAD.
2. Your numbers should all be posted on TRACKING SPREADSHEET by Wednesday night.
3. Submit your weight on time every Wednesday, using the WEIGH-IN FORM on website.
4. Post your name and include your new FBI level and then post in the CHAT THREAD that you have done so, plus LEVEL UPDATED.
Points will be calculated based on the information you post, and promotions will be posted at the end of each week (after admin has determined winners and placements).
This sounds much more complicated than it is – don’t be overwhelmed.
